Customer satisfaction is our principal concern at Alexander Taron Inc. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date and we will exchange or issue a refund as long as all items are packed in their factory packaging and are not in any condition that would make them unsellable to someone else.
If you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, just place the item in its original factory packaging, pack the item/items in a suitable shipping container, and follow these simple steps: Contact our customer service department at (805) 650-8615, Monday through Thursday 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Once we receive your information, we will assign you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This RA# will ensure prompt and proper handling of your refund or exchange. We are unable to accept returns of merchandise that has been used, soiled or damaged. Returns are subject to inspection upon arrival and credit is pending approval upon arrival. Merchandise must be returned with original packaging and/or tags intact to ensure complete credit. Please include a copy of your receipt with your return.
We are committed to courteous service and customer satisfaction. Any errors must be reported within 7 business days of receipt of the merchandise. Please carefully review your order before submitting and upon receipt of your goods.
We will issue a full refund for the price of any product you return if it meets the above conditions. Write your RA# on the packing slip and return to:

Please return your items via UPS, FEDEX or Insured Parcel Post. This protects you in case the gift is damaged or gets lost in transit. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please be sure to insure your returned merchandise, as Alexander Taron Inc. cannot be held responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost merchandise. If you are returning a gift because it arrived to you damaged, we will refund your shipping costs. Refunds will be credited to your card within 10 days and this refund should appear in one to two billing cycles.
All sales become final after 30 days.
Order Cancellation and Changes
Alexander Taron Inc. works hard to ship your purchases as quickly as possible. To cancel or change an order, please email us the same business day at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, we cannot always guarantee that we can cancel or change the order once it has gone into production. If your items have already shipped, please see our Return Policy.

Please understand that some items may be out of stock, in this situation, you will be shipped the items that are available and the other items will be back ordered. Back ordered items will be shipped without additional charges.
We ship all of our packages Fedex ground. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. At this time, Alexander Taron Inc. does not ship items outside the 50 contiguous United States.
Our shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. On the day your order ships you will receive an email from us with the shipping confirmation number. For other shipping options, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

The rates below are only a guide. Your actual shipping charge will be determined at the time the shipment is made. In some cases, the actual charge will be less than what is shown below.
*For continental United States residents only. For Hawaii and Puerto Rico residents there is an additional charge to the above rates.
*Bulky items, such as rocking horses, may require extra shipping costs. There is an additional charge to the above rates.
Shipping to a P.O. Box
Unfortunately, we ship everything through FedEx and FedEx does not allow shipments to P.O.Boxes.
